In addition to full health and dental coverage, the standard benefit package includes life insurance and disability insurance and optional supplemental life and disability for the employee.
Retirement Benefits
WynEdge offers its employees a SARSEP Retirement Plan - which offers more flexibility compared to typical 401K plans. Through SARSEP, employees can contribute 15% of their annual compensation with a maximum contribution of $15,000 per year in 2005. In addition, the Company contributes 3% of your salary per year regardless of employee contribution. Merrill Lynch administers the plan with monthly statement of accounts.
